Greetings all,

	I have just become the Membership Chairperson for Region 9 (Illinois) and have some questions to ask all of you. What I would like to know is what your Chairperson's does? What you like and dislike of the way things are done in your region. This is by no means a way to flame the past or existing Chairperson's. I do not have any guide lines on what to do and would like to combine all of the good aspects of what each region does. Have already given all club Presidents a roster of AIS members sorted by city. Also plan on sending welcome letters to all new and renewing AIS member with address list of each club in the region. 

Hence I am not sure if this subject should be posted on Iris-talk so e-mail me privately unless you think all can benefit  from your posting. Well thank you all for your responses before hand and remember if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it.
