Thank to those who explained part of the difference between FL and CA 8b
zones. I've been to both places and found the heat too much! And I think
the strong breezes are also a factor for discomfort - at least to me, maybe
not the irises. Rosalie nr Baltimore zone 7 (hope it won't snow)
