From the 2000 Signa flyer:
For 2001 seed please mail all seeds by November 10. Overseas donors,
please mail all seeds by October 30. For later ripening seed please
send a list of the late species and a brief description of each by
the above dates, so they may be included in the list. Late ripening
seed donations must be received no later than December 30. Seeds
received after these dates maybe used as extras or held for the
following season's list.
