OT:Heronswood and Burpee

Last year, W. Atlee Burpee Co. acquired Heronswood Nursery.  Dan Hinkley
stayed on as manager.  Now I read that Burpee has filed for Ch. 11
protection in bankruptcy.  Does anyone know what this means for Heronswood?
