Hi Everyone,
Bruce Filardi (Editor of the AIS Bulletin) sent this to me. If any of you in the San Francisco Bay area know of anything that would help this lady, please email her at the address below.
Thanks
John

Hi all: I received the following message a few minutes ago. If you have any connections or leads for the Mountain View/Santa Clara area, please get in touch, either with me or with Virginia Scanlan (vscanlan@sbcglobal.net). She is a good renter, and she only has 60 days to find a place to live. Thanks again for any help or suggestions, Bruce:
Bruce, I am doing an all-out search for housing beginning tonight. I think there is an AIS group in Los Altos and am wondering if you could forward this letter to the chair. I find that fellow gardeners make the best landlords. Thanks, Pal.
Dear Fellow Irisarians,
I am losing my rental and must find suitable place in short order. I am looking for a garage, two bedrooms, one or two baths, a dining room and living room and a kitchen one can actually cook in. Needless to say there needs to be a yard. If I leave Mountain View I lose my Community Garden Plot so Mtn. View would be ideal. But Santa Clara would be OK. I live and work mainly in the Menlo Park-Los Altos-Cupertino areas. If any of you or your friends are landlords I left my last place in immaculate condition after living there for 12 years. I have transformed the grounds where I currently live from rocks and weeds to a beautiful perennial garden in front and a fertile weed-free vegetable patch in back. I have a container orangerie of 8 or so dwarf citrus and a collection of potted herbs. Please network for me if you can.
Sincerely,
Jinny Scanlan
