HYB:Seed:TB:Variations
Has anyone kept records on different types of seed? This year, the biggest
seed were in a seed pod on DOUBLE DRIBBLE. When I planted them, the seed were
still the larges of the batch. Next largest was one of the crosses where I'd
used DD as the pollen parent. Yet another cross where I used DD was normal
size.
Has anyone ever followed these variations into the fields? I don't expect
there to be any other noticable differences. I've had large seed before but
lost track as they sprout. Also black seed that I meant to trace but forgot.
