Thank you for the suggestions, Neil. I have the Black and Johnson iris
but will have to try for the Keppel ones this coming year. I was
looking for the chocolate brown or red iris from Keppel. Now that you
have given me some ideas I will get the Keppel ones and get my tweezers
and paper cups out in about 2005 unless someone in our club has the ones
I want and will let me have a bit of pollen from them.
I have fantastic luck with the Black and Johnson iris and they should be
happy to produce offspring here.
You know, we have all been so interested in your generous sharing of
information about iris I think we have not gotten or asked for a report
on how you are feeling these days. How about giving us one? I think
most of us were on the list when you were so ill and we all shared the
same feeling for your speedy recovery and many prayers went out to ask
for that to happen too.
