I found a really helpful toy at Target. It is an 8-in-1 card reader

Robin, can you give us the brand name and model of this wonderful "toy"?

Our son got a digital camera for his financee for Christmas which has a tiny
"card", we have one camera that has a "stick" and another (my favorite old
Mavica but it is becoming obsolete) that uses an "A" drive diskette. Our laptop
reads disks but that option is rarely available on the newer ones. I have
always been able to easily e-mail pics from the laptop to the desktop but I can
see the handwriting on the "DVD/small CD" that technology is going ahead by
leaps and a new digital is on the horizon for us.

Considering the new cameras now I see in the stores are one-fourth the size
and about half the price of what I paid for the "state of the art, first kid on
the block" Mavica three years ago, my head is always spinning over the new
entries to the market. I greatly appreciate all the techno-feedback we exchange
on this forum.

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
