As I see it, it does not have a specific epithet since it is not a true 
species.

You are doing better than W.R, Dykes then. He said he had not been able to 
get Iris 'Flavescens' to set seed even with artificial pollenizing, a fact he 
believed supported a presumption of hybrid origins.
