We have seasons of drought, too. I've not checked, but I think the  last 6 
months brought us out of the current drought.  
 
Many years ago, I read about water collection that involved heavy plastic  
film positioned over tanks that maximized the collection in the rainy  seasons.  
Is there anything of this type available in Australia for more  rural areas 
with collection space?  Or would it be practical?  
 
Seems unfair that we have too much in some areas and times and you have too  
little.  I'd bottle you some dew if it wasn't so costly to  ship!
