It will depend on the type of blue iris you are using.
Color is not simple. often yellow and blue can give
reddish purple or brown. Look at the parentage of your
blue and of your yellow. Often the blue will be
dominant and sometimes it will give you white. 
The spot pattern alone may not follow the same pattern
as the overall flower color. There is no simple
answer.
