If left outside it will freeze. goodbye seeds. If stalk cut and brought indoors, you will need to feed stalk with an appropriate? formula. A bit early in development otherwise, and even with? food may not work. Best bet would be to dig it up with? big dirt clump and pot up. Even if pot is plastic wrapped around clump with suitable drainage holes, And keep in a place with light. Been there? done all of these . Good luck. The weather has been unusually warm for this time of the year here on Long Island so I left them alone. However, the weather is finally becoming much colder and the pods are still green. My first question is what happens if the pods are left outside on the stalk? Second question should I bring the stalk inside my home to see if the pods progress further to form viable seeds? What to do, what to do, what to do? Thanks in advance.
