I checked - I did not receive an email with new password; old password does not work; temporary 'free' AIS password does not work. I paid back in ... maybe Aug?
The old address (www.irisregister.com) is deactivated - only way to get there is via the AIS website.
<I believe the password issues have been resolved and as a member of Iris Register you have been given EMembership in AIS. Try going to the EMembership on the AIS website and perhaps you can not access Iris Register by way of that.>
