Thanks ever so much for the help everyone. After reading what you had
to say I checked the pictures and sure enough. All of the pictures with
a problem were taken with a flash. Therefore I must assume that it is
indeed a problem with the shutter speed and flash. I will check the
documentation with the camera, film, and on the flash unit and make the
appropriate changes.
