Enjoyed  the article on this writer whose horticultural works I read  some
thirty plus years ago. I believe it was he who wrote about a member of his
family  "He died of a clump of I. stylosa"  The patient, (his grandafther?)
insisted on going out to the clump and died from the cold. "  Lloyd Zurbrigg
