I bought a shelving unit at Walmart a few years ago that is white pvc
pipe-like framework with grill shelving (non-adjustable). It's very
sturdy, cost about $20 and has lots of room to hang either standard $10
'shop light' fluorescent fixtures or for more versatility the shorter
'light stick' fluorescent lights, which show up on sale occasionally for
$1 each.
