Just a positive note about CANTINA, one of my few TBs. It does well
in our temperate rain forest climate and it is not planted in a
raised bed like most of my bearded irises. Right now, it is covered
with a gazillion feet of snow thanks to the snow god who looked kindly
on those of us who didn't plan on snow in October....
The temp. was supposed to get down to -10 F during the night that
translates to -23.33 C. Not too bad for this time of year except that
the blasted wind chill makes it seem like -40 degrees and blew my
balsam wreath (that I made!) off the front gate and into the road...
Cheers,
Ellen
