If you will go to the following address:
http://www.met.utah.edu/links.html
and click on "CLIMATE", you will call up a screen with links to all the
Regional and State Climate Centers (plus some of their foreign
counterparts) which appear to have the kind of information you are looking
for available (although the format is not necessarily consistent from one
site to another).
