I don't know what caused it, but both types I tried to reply to a
message, the darned computer sent in the original unmodified it appears. Now
that I am here, I am with Dennis and Anner on the Iris forms. Beauty is in
the eye of the beholder.
I know that many do not like THORNBIRD, probably because of it's color.
However, when I grew it in KY, it was one of the better performing Irises I
had. It was vigorous, and was not prone to rot, even under extreme
conditions. However, it did not like Florida, so I sent it to a teenage girl
in north central Alabama.
Once again, I apologize for those two dud messages.
