Hi Dennis,
Not all of the judges listed can vote the AIS Ballot. Those excluded are the
Apprentice Judges and Retired Master Judges. Unfortunately, Region 6 has
more of the latter than the former. The Apprentice Judges are the future and
need to be encouraged.
