Hi Ken,
I think he does ship to the U.S. but he does not include instructions on his
price list. Please do e-mail him. He always responds with loads of
information.
I have ordered from Fraser's Thimble Farm and will do so again (to Sandy's
dismay). I do recommend ordering early though, because they don't carry
large numbers of their offerings.
