Contributions are certainly most welcome, but I don't have enough free time 
to do the scanning and image processing needed to convert pictures into 
electronic format for the site. It took several months just to find the 
time to get this batch of pictures cropped and scaled and posted on the 
web. So if you have pictures to contribute to the MIS web site, this is 
what I need:

A JPEG (.jpg) format images sent to me as an email attachment. Please scale 
it and crop it so that it is 350 pixels high (width may vary) and shows the 
flower to best advantage, with minimal background. Please include cultivar 
name, hybridizer, and year of introduction when you send the image.

Currently, we are quite short of MTB pictures. If someone could provide 
some of these it would be wonderful. We have lots of IBs--don't think we 
really need any more right now.

Also, photos of medians in a landscape setting would be very welcome. These 
may be any size.

Right now, I think what would help the site most is more information on 
medians. Visitors should be able to learn something, as well as enjoy the 
pictures. I'm working with Rita to see if we can post a few Medianite 
articles on the site. As with the pictures, I need to have text in 
electronic form. I won't be able to find the time to key things in.

And of course suggestions are welcome! What would *you* like to see on the 
site that is not there yet?
