More on the line of broken color, but not segmented.  Very hard for me to
describe.  The reason I used marbling is because it reminded me of a the fat
in a filet.  Our butcher has always called this marbling.
Don't know if that helps.  I will take a couple of pictures of the next
stalk and post it to iris photos.
