Even more effective herbal teas are Passion flower and Valerian ( if you
can stomach the latter) , it tastes worst than Echinacea but has
tremendous calming effects.
Please explain to me about spraying seedlings with Chamomile and
dampning-off , I'm unsure as to the meaning of dampning-off.
