I'm sorry to disappoint so many - but
-It has been wisely suggested by many that I send the AIS Bulletins I
offered - to the
HIPS Convention in Syracuse, NY. to be made a part of their Silent Auction.
- I'm ashamed for not thinking of this myself -
I wish to convey my thanx to the many who replied to this offer. They are
the irisarians who realize the importance of preserving these historic
documents
Some of the requests I rec'd came from individuals and groups who are
interested in or currently in the process of cataloging/indexing all the
AIS
Bulletins - I wonder if they know each other ? ( Could they possibly
combine their
efforts ) I was under the impression that the cataloging process had begun
a
few years back (in the days of Tom Tadfor Littles' Iris -L )
I would think that those who are interested in cataloging/indexing the
Bulletins should make themselves known on this List. Who are you ?
Again - I'm very sorry for disappointing so many..
(However, could it be that some of you will still have a chance to acquire
these old
Bulletins at the HIPS Convention by sending someone to bid for them or
attending the convention themselves. )?
