Michelle,
SASE means Self Addressed Stamped Envelope
LSASE means Large or Legal Self Addressed Stamped Envelope.
Both these mean the catalog is probably a price list, not one of the big catalogs like Schreiners or Suttons.
These lists can be very helpful in finding older and not so popular iris as well as offer competitive prices on the others. It also allows you to get iris from someone in a similar climate: to reduce the stress on the plants when you put them in your garden, and to add to the probability they will do well in your locale.
