Hi, Linda...well 'warm' is a relative term, and depends on one's
perspective.  I'm likely moving to the Portland, Oregon area in the next
month (south of the city actually...creeping towards Shriener's).  From my
Minnesota perspective Portland is 'warm', and by all accounts 'soggy' as
well.  From your southern perspective, probably not 'warm' at all.
