Had a lovely surprise today. Despite a very dry and hot summer (hottest January for about 90 years) I discovered my first rebloom for the season. Bountiful Harvest has sprung a surprise, After 2 months without any bloom it's great to see. Bev Sills usually blooms in January but not a peep this year. More stems coming on Bountiful Harvest.
A cool and dampish day today for a change, but heating up for the rest of the week. February is starting to look as hot as January was. Spent the day transplanting irises into a new display bed inbetween struggling with my new scanner and software. Computers do things so well, sometimes and foul things up utterly at other times. I'm never sure which way mine is going to go. Anybody out there used the new ArTix 4000 scanner???
