Jan, I can't give you a translation without resorting to my Dutch/English dictionary for some of the words, but I can tell you that Mr. Kuyt is Dutch (being of Dutch descent, I can recognize that from his name as well as from the language itself) and what he has written is in Dutch. I surmise he got his messages mixed, intending this one for a different recipient, or maybe he's just not strong in his English. The latter is less likely, I'd think, since everyone in the Netherlands studies English in school for several years. I haven't kept the whole message, though I can retrieve it if you really want to know what it says. Anyway, it isn't just spam or somebody acting goofy or whatever.
