I don't think so (IMO). The primary function of most soap is to loosen
the oil on your skin so that bacteria will physically wash away. It
doesn't really kill the bacteria. Part of the concern about the
anti-bacterial soaps is that they end up breeding stronger strains
because they only kill off the weaker ones.
