Wendy,
Pumila's are species iris of the MDB'S. They bloom from 2 inches high to 8
inches. They come from the central European countries mostly. Most bloom
earlier then the hybrid MDB'S.
On my irises I bury a plastic tag in front of the plant and then put my
garden tag in front of that. That way deers won't lose name of the plant.
