There's quite a few good LA nurseries with on-line catalogs. Just go
to the AIS web site (http://www.irises.org) and follow the links.
I have bought LAs from Iris City (in TN), Redbud Lane (in IL), and
several others, but they're all from the eastern half of the USA.
I'm sure there are oodles of places in CA that sell them too.
Hopefully someone else on the list will chime in with a few
recommendations for you!
One of my favorite dark purple LAs is KENTUCKY CAJUN. Another good
one is BLACK GAMECOCK.
