Vince,
The book, edited by the Species group of the BIS and published by
Cambridge Press, came out several years ago. The Species group had a
special offer that you could get the book for $38.00 or so (that should
make you feel even worse <G>). It is a great book. I would try some of
the online book finders for used books.
