RE: HIST: Xref for pictures in ROOTS

Having nothing better to do, except housework, I made a list of all the
pictures in  ROOTS that could be used for identification.  Yes, I know, but
I'm obsessive and this kind of task is actually soothing, like counting all
the SIGNA seeds I have soaking and making a list, and checking it off, and
building a database of them,,,,,, you see how this goes?
I have all issues ROOTS except the first 3, so there are just over 300
pictures listed, from fall 1989 to fall 2002.   It should save me time next
time I forget one, which is pretty often.
Want to guess which iris has the most pictures?  I'll save it for the end.
I had to stop to re-read several articles, and look at 10-year younger
pictures of folks.
If anyone would like a copy, I'd be glad to send them a spreadsheet or text
copy, just let me know.
If you don't count the 'unknowns', it's a tie between Loreley and Gudrun
with 3 photos each, although there is a mention of a 4th Loreley in an issue
I don't have.
