Donald,
All I meant about the promptness was that if you are trying to 'order' that
type of a living substance that has such a short shelf life, then the
promptness of the stallion's manager is very crucial. As far as I can see
so far there isn't such a short shelf life with iris and as a result I was
wondering if it was fair to apply the same criteria to a different product.
anyway...
I think the criteria you listed are solid enough.
