This is what the website says. Send the email, get a password.

must have a login ID and Password assigned to access the site. To obtain
an account ID, email me by clicking j*@ix.netcom.com and
sending me the following information: Name Address, Email Address, User
ID (6-8 Characters), Password (6-8 Characters), and name of your
Internet Service Provider.>
<I finally got around to checking this out. A problem with this is that
it requires some sort of authorization with a user name and password to
get in. So, it's not much use to me right now. Perhaps it's easy to get
such a password??? Dave>
