HYB: Budding seedling

Hi, everybody, two days ago I discovered a blooms talk in one of last
year's surviving seedlings.  It is from Maricopa Skies X Pacific Belle,
and it has made a nice clump.  Could this early stalk mean it might be a
rebloomer?  I'm somewhat excited about it.
