I have been selling one for a few years. I'm not sure of the species name. I had received it as Iris halophilia but it doesn't seem to bethe correct name. Foliage emerges a golden yellow and gradually turns to dark green starting from the tips and working down to the base. But late summer is almost all dark green. Light blue flower. I posted a photo in Iris-Photo awhile back.
