Region 18 (KS & MO) along with a few other regions do send a questionnaire to non-renewing AIS members. The reminder Region 18 sends simply asks if they have forgotten to renew their dues or if they are dissatisfied with activities within the region or with AIS. If so they are invited to contact the RVP, name & address provided.
These reminders have generated a few more renewals.
