  The link which you asked Loic to test seems to function, in that a new window opens which claims to be a window at hort.net.
   
  The window is however a completely blank page.  The loading bar goes away-at the bottom center of my screen- and the word "Done" appears in the lower left corner, but the page is completely white.
   
  there is not the "IE cannot open this page..." message... there is simply nothing... thus the comment that was seconded "Empty."
