Re: message length protocols

Whether to include a previous message in a Reply is up to the person making the Reply. I encourage people to delete any superfluous material that they can. Some people just don't take the time to consider what is needed to get their point across.
Something else that people should do is to change the subject line if they change the topic in the body of the message.
