Info: Distribution of money between clubs and regions

In Region 15, the guest irises that are grown for viewing and judging at the
regional treks are dug and divided among all the clubs in the region.  These
clubs then auction these newer iris rhizomes to their members.  The proceeds
are sent to the region and make up its total income.  If any club should
refuse to send in this money, I am sure they would not get any more
rhizomes.

Society here in Region 8 refuses to donate one cent to the region.

How do you overcome that?

Char, I don't think there is anything you can do about it.? It is usually
the result of conflict between club members and others from the region.? It
happens.?
