Found 2 entries:

in the 1939 Check List:

OYEZ. IMB-M-W8D  (White-C.G.1938); Millik. 1938; R.; (Polyhymnia X Jubilee).

and in the 1949 Check List:

OYEZ. Etc., Bull. A.I.S. 77: 21.  Apr.1940 %; etc.;,H.M. A.I.S. 1940: Bull.
A.I.S 1941; Bull A.I.S. 82:3. July 1941.
