Forgive me for not answering this for a month, Betty.  Marvin and I both
have health problems.  I'm sure you understand.
Barbara My Love and Pink Champagne don't rebloom in my garden either. But
they give seedlings that do.  Neither do Wearing Rubies or Epicenter rebloom
here.  Coral Dancer (Barbara My Love X Cast of Characters) does not rebloom
for me, but it also gives seedlings that do.  I don't begin to understand
it.

I'm not a geneticist and not qualified to say, definitively, what you are
working with;however, the irises you list seem to be warm climate
rebloomers.
Most of these have rebloomed either in AU, CA or OR.  I grow both Barbara My
Love & Pink Champagne and neither have tried to rebloom in my climate, zone
6.

 still haven't had any comments on the type of rebloom I have been getting
ere in the unique southern Arizona climate.  I never get fall rebloom as it
akes too long for the rebloomers to recover from temperatures above 100
egrees F. that last  until late October.  I have to satisfy myself with TB
rises that will give almost continual bloom for two to three months in the
pring.  My Cloud Reflection, (Mesmerizer X Pink Champagne), will bloom from
arch 1 to May 20 as will about one fourth of its seedlings.  Mesmerizer
ill give about six weeks bloom in my garden.
 also have a seedling from Wearing Rubies X Epicenter that will bloom for
wo months, and  my Coral Dancer, (Barbara My Love X Cast of Characters) has
iven me several very long blooming seedlings when crossed with Pink
hampagne, though neither Coral Dancer or Pink Champagne have ever rebloomed
ere and have only normal bloom periods themselves.
 wonder if some of you can tell my what type of rebloomers I am working
ith.
