I'll let the experts tell you about beardeds, but for the beardless, my
favorite sources are Ensata Gardens in Michigan and Draycott Gardens in
Maryland.  Ensata sells collections of JIs and Carol Warner of Draycott does
the same for siberians so you can get a good selection at an excellent
price....and the quality at both places is exquisite. There are other good
growers, of course - but if you're starting out, these are the two I'd
recommend.
