1 Mohr NY Bio

Hi,
I grow dwarf, median, historic, louisiana and siberian in upstate NY, near
Albany. I have 3 boys, ages 3,7 &12. And a husband who keeps our computer
working, so I really do appreciate him, even if he doesn't garden.
When I joined I'd planned on just lurking, but since I passed out about 8
pots of Iris uniflora "Carcina" at a Regional meeting in Oct. I guess I have
to jump in.
**Dorothy and Kathy, take note, some of your members received plants**
**Bob and Ian-could you distinguish between I.sanguinea and I. uniflora by
looking at a photograph? The friend who gave me this huge clump does have a
picture. She got the plant from a friend who volunteers at a North Carolina
Arboretum, so I figured it was accurately identified. I'd appreciate some
help, I hate to be the source of mis-identified material.
John Packard, glad to see another NYer here!
