whoa, now steve, as a great complainer about iris which rot 'here' and as
somebody who isn't always too careful with my own choice of words, it depends
on the variety.  some western grown tb varieties do just fine here.   i have
been more satisfied with some of the iris varieties i have gotten from
western growers than some i have gotten from eastern growers.  and vice
versa.  and some hybridizers produce varieties more suited to 'here' than
others.  see everybody, i did learn some tact!
