As well as the SIGNA article, there is also one by Sam Norris in the
proceedings of the St Louis meeting.  By the way, did I send you the
article from that by Huber that I promised?

I also remember Darrell Probst giving a talk at that conference about
this group but I cannot find it in the proceedings.

If you have not got these proceedings, I think that you would find them
very useful as there are many interesting articles.  The only problem is
that they are not indexed and somewhat muddled.
