Show Ideas -- Educational

Reminds me of my favorite, always-popular-with-the-public-if-not-the-judges
educational exhibit. A collection of stalks that would be disqualified if
entered, or that wouldn't take a ribbon if they made it through classification
process -- with placards that explain exactly what's wrong with each one. A
few examples:

Has no name or the wrong name.
Has four falls.
Has missing standard.
Flower is badly torn.
Top flower hasn't yet opened.
Top flower has folded.
Web with spider still residing in its domed standards.
Stalk cut too short.
Stalk covered with fingerprints.
Flower is half its usual size.

It's easy to find lots of examples while going through the garden looking for
that one perfect specimen that will take Queen of the Show!
