Larry Anaya (co-owner of the now defunct and lamented Rancho de la Flor de
Lis) gave me a piece of RUDI some years back, as Rudi had been a friend of his
and Julian's. It's still here, and though it doesn't bloom every year, it
sure is lovely when it does.
